Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across multiple Cobb County locations. The role requires driving to three sites and adherence to safety procedures. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 am–4 pm, with a pay rate of $15.50/hr.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms and floors, stocking supplies, and reporting hazards. Must have a valid driver's license and wear company uniform with safety shoes.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow instructions in English.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner reflecting the company's integrity.
• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairs.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, stocks supplies, sweeps, mops and dusts surfaces.
