Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Building Technician to maintain and repair C-store facilities. The role involves electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, drywall, roofing, and asphalt tasks across multiple sites, with duties managed via Ecotrack.

Travel between sites is required to inspect buildings and grounds, address maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with ADA and federal safety standards. Strong technical skills and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Apprenticeship programs preferred to enhance trade skills.
• CDL preferred; valid license may be required for driving between sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment inside the C-store and building issues.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, drywall work.
• Receive work orders from Ecotrack and complete maintenance promptly.
• Perform roof work and asphalt repairs.
• Travel between sites to inspect facilities and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure ADA and federal safety compliance.
