• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building operations, engineering and equipment and systems maintenance.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently with direction from the Commercial Property Manager.

• Monitor multiple properties and conduct regular walk-throughs.
• Organize, coordinate and manage overall maintenance programs and preventative maintenance.
