Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. Duties include minor plumbing, electrical work, groundskeeping, and custodial tasks.

The starting pay is $19 - $22/hr based on experience and certifications, with a benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations.
• One year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work such as electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Timely completion of work orders generated by preventive maintenance schedule.
• Troubleshoot general problems and operate a variety of maintenance equipment.
