The position supports operations across the property and contributes to client satisfaction through strong technical skills. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in building maintenance, hands-on experience with electrical/plumbing/carpentry, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in building maintenance, industrial operations, or related trade.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
• Safety-focused with OSHA guidelines and environmental regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical spaces and diagnose root causes.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Perform general repairs—carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic structural work.
• Document labor hours and parts used; track work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Respond to urgent facility issues and building-related emergencies.
