Overview
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets and for ensuring that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. Duties include painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work.
The starting rate of pay is $19 - $22 / hr based on experience and certifications.
This position is based out of 7111 W Washington St Indianapolis, IN 46241 and will service multiple locations across central Indiana including Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Carmel, Westfield, Muncie, Anderson, Richmond, and Bloomington.

This position will have a 40 hour, 4 day work week with a rotating schedule.
Week 1 Schedule
- Monday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Thursday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Friday: OFF
Week 2 Schedule
- Monday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-6:00pm
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Routine general maintenance and repair work such as light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and snow and ice removal
- Timely completion of work orders generated by call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedule
- Perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program
- Troubleshoot general problems
- Move items as needed (i.e. furniture, file cabinets, boxes, artwork)
- Delivery of office and building supplies
- Small appliance and equipment installation (pressure washers, air compressors, etc.)
- Work outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment
- Use a variety of equipment: a large assortment of vehicles (may include 15-passenger vans and airport buses), safety belts, 2-way radio or cellular phone, phone system, computer/tablet, printer, fax, cleaning tools and solutions
- Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications
- One year or more of hands‑on general building maintenance experience is required.
- Must have HS Diploma/GED.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 2 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
