Job summary

Clearly Clean Products LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking an FV Maintenance-Building Maintenance role to keep commercial buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained across Orwigsburg, Frackville and Hazleton. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to read blueprints and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure all building systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting issues to determine appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, upgrades, and compliance inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and work orders to support operational transparency and planning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
