Level 10 Management is a locally owned property management firm serving the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area. Level 10 delivers the experience of a large management firm with client-focused service and communication only a small firm can provide.

As Level 10 Management grows, we need upbeat, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our team. The Assistant Manager position is multi-site and located in Uptown neighborhoods, with a salary range $60,000–$70,000 prorated hourly plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as an Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in property management software is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents and team members.
• Available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Previous lease-up experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to potential residents for leasing apartments.
• Keep accurate records of all traffic (e-leads, phone, and walk-in).
• Enter property traffic data in property management system daily.
• Discuss the advantages of leasing at the property with potential residents.
• Assure the quality and quantity of market-ready apartments.
• Ensure models and market-ready apartments are walked daily and communicate needs to maintenance.
• Report on market trends to inform pricing strategy.
