Imperium Global is partnering with a leading global building materials business to find an Area Operations Manager for one of its largest operations. You will lead multiple sites through a team of Plant Managers, responsible for safety, production, cost and people across the area.

You will drive a zero-harm safety culture, own production and P&L, coach Plant Managers, shape maintenance strategy and lead capital projects.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading teams; multi-site experience a strong plus.
• Background in aggregates, cement or mining is ideal; other heavy manufacturing experience welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Drive a zero-harm safety culture and full MSHA and environmental compliance.
• Own production, cost, quality and P&L for the area.
• Lead, coach and develop Plant Managers and the wider site workforce.
• Shape maintenance strategy, equipment reliability and capital project delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement and share best practice across sites.
• Build strong relationships with customers, the community and internal stakeholders.
