Job summary

Imperium Global is partnering with a leading global building materials business to find an Area Operations Manager for one of its largest operations. You will lead multiple sites through a team of Plant Managers, responsible for safety, production, cost and people across the area.

You will drive a zero-harm safety culture, own production and P&L, coach Plant Managers, shape maintenance strategy and lead capital projects.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading teams; multi-site experience a strong plus.
• Background in aggregates, cement or mining is ideal; other heavy manufacturing experience welcomed.
