Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a national rental car outsourcing company, is seeking an Area Manager to drive long-term market strategy by leading and developing a team of site leaders. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage area profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the COO, this role manages Rental Car Site and Operations Managers.

This position involves multi-site oversight with travel to sites and regular client interactions to align on performance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to build labor plans and forecast transactions.
• Proven track record developing managers and teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Site Managers and Operations Managers across multiple sites.
• Review site performance metrics, payroll, and billing; ensure accuracy.
• Travel to sites for visits and client meetings on a published rotation.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing plans, and labor optimization.
• Drive customer satisfaction and annual performance targets.
