Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple locations or teams is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple after-school enrichment program sites.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programming across all assigned schools.
• Serve as the point of contact for site educators, school administrators, and parents.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, program quality, and compliance at each location.
• Conduct daily site visits to support instructors and troubleshoot issues.
