Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4+ years in child development, education, social services, or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States; clear background for working with school-age children.

Responsibilities

• Lead afterschool programming across 14 partner schools.
• Provide oversight, support, and QA across sites.
• Supervise two part-time coordinators; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure grant compliance, reporting, and data submission.
• Analyze data to drive program improvements and student outcomes.
