Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic care across multiple Dakota region studios. This multi-site role offers variety, travel, and a chance to impact care beyond a single clinic.

You will perform advanced treatments, support memberships, and maintain precise documentation while moving between Fargo, Grand Forks, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, and Sioux City locations. Excellent clinical skills and a collaborative spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; multi-state licensure is a plus.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Willingness to travel among multiple studio locations.
• Professional, confident, and guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing.
• Ensure consistent Chapter experience across all studios you visit.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented, confidence-driven Registered Nurse to bring exceptional aesthetic care to guests across multiple studios in the Dakota’s region. Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70K+ base, plus lucrative monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.

Location: Fargo based Dakota's and parts of Iowa (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Fargo, Grand Forks, Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Sioux City)

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)


• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training


• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area


• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates


• Sharp organizational and documentation skills


• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology


• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
