Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to deliver advanced aesthetic treatments across multiple Iowa-based studios with travel to Wisconsin/Minnesota regions. The role offers a strong base salary ($70K+) plus monthly incentives, paid training, and travel support.

You will rotate among Sioux City, West Des Moines, Davenport, Coralville and Cedar Rapids, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences and compliant clinical documentation across sites.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure a plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role and willingness to move between studios
• Personable, confident and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability and clinical responsibility

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing and more
• Bring consistency to every studio you visit
• Guests should feel the same Chapter experience wherever you are
• Be a trusted guide for clients
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across treatment environments
