Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple Dakota studios. This full-time, travel-based role supports Fargo, Grand Forks, Sioux Falls and Sioux City with a base salary of $70K+ and monthly incentives.

You’ll rotate across studios, train with the latest technology, maintain strict clinical documentation, and guide guests through memberships and treatment options.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in ND and SD preferred
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training
• Willingness to move between studios in assigned area
• Personable, confident and professional with guests and teammates
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; comfortable with EMR and treatment tech

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing
• Maintain consistency across studios to ensure consistent guest experience
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across treatment environments
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking and retention

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Active RN license in North Dakota and South Dakota preferred (multi‑state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi‑site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skillsComfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self‑motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
