Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across Up-State New York studios. You’ll rotate between Orchard Park, Tonawanda, and Pittsford while upholding the same high standard of care at every location.

This full‑time role offers a base salary of $70k+ with monthly incentives, no overnights, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. You’ll join a collaborative team within TAG – The Aspen Group.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York (multi-state licensure is a big plus).
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role; willing to move between studios within assigned area.
• Personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates.
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfort with treatment technology and EMR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, etc.).
• Maintain consistent guest experience across studios.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across all treatment environments.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.
