Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple up-state NY studios. This multi-site role offers variety, growth, and the ability to impact guests wherever you practice.

You will be responsible for performing procedures, educating guests on memberships, maintaining documentation, and upholding strict safety and cleanliness standards. A background in aesthetics and NY RN licensure are required, with travel between locations

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York (multi-state licensure a plus).
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Willingness to move between studios in assigned area.
• Confident, professional presence with guests and teammates.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment tech.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout aesthetic treatments across multiple studios (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser).
• Maintain consistent Chapter experience across all locations.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Keep accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance in every treatment area.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Bring consistency to every studio you visit. Guests should feel the same exceptional Chapter experience, wherever you are.
• Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in New York (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you’re flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
