Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors without PM intervention.
• Strong written documentation habits and professionalism with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, quality, and schedule compliance on multiple ADU builds.
• Oversee subcontractors on-site and ensure work meets specifications.
• Conduct daily site walks, document conditions, and resolve field-level problems.
