BuildX LLC in southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a seasoned construction professional to move from hammering nails to leading teams and managing ADU projects.

You will oversee multiple small-scale builds, coordinate subcontractors, monitor budgets, and keep schedules while spending time in both the field and the office.

• Document progress and keep projects on schedule and budget
• Split time between field supervision and office management
