As a Multi-Site Administrative Manager at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will ensure a smooth, orderly, and efficient operation of all programs available to their assigned locations, and is principally responsible for managing 2 or more sites, supervising administrative staff, managing phones, patient check-ins and scheduling, adherence to company policies, procedures, partnerships, and thorough follow-up with referral sources to systemically facilitate cohesive patient care. • Manage administrative staff schedules, timecards, and time off requests, ensuring coverage during absences

• Responsible for keeping office space, furniture, and equipment clean and orderly
• Collaborate with janitorial/building management as needed Monitor office supply inventory levels and maintain a cost-effective strategy when submitting supply orders

Requirements

• Experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health is strongly preferred
• 1 year of previous supervisory or related experience
• Able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds for office needs
• Ability to travel to assigned Sagent clinic locations and ability to work out of more than one assigned Sagent clinic location.

Compensation

This is an exempt position. Total salary range for this position will be $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.

*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
