Aerotek seeks a Permanent Machine Operator in Hebron, OH to run extrusion and film equipment for plastic bags and medical applications. You will support production schedules, monitor quality, and help maintain a safe, clean manufacturing environment on a rotating 12-hour schedule (6pm-6am).

This role requires prior machine operation experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle general labor and material movement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating extrusion and film manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production equipment.
• Capable of general labor and material handling tasks.
• Proficient with accurate tape measurement.

Responsabilités

• Operate extrusion and film manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run assigned machines according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and product output, identifying basic issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machines and shut equipment off when needed.
• Follow training to operate a forklift for material movement within the facility.
