Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Multi-Sector Estimator to prepare accurate estimates across diverse project types. You will lead pricing for bids, gather cost data from subs and suppliers, and help build a robust pipeline of trade partners.

You will review plans, perform take-offs, analyze bids, and collaborate with clients and teams to ensure scope and budget alignment. A degree and 5–7 years of estimating experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of estimating experience across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, systems, and trade sequencing.
• Excellent skills in estimating, budgeting, vendor coordination, and preconstruction support.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and perform quantity take-offs for scopes.
• Analyze bids for specs, materials, pricing, and schedule alignment.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to refine scope.
• Maintain a centralized historical cost database for future estimates.
• Develop bid packages and inclusion checklists for subs.
• Track cost trends and recommend process improvements.
• Use estimating software to calculate, record, and manage estimates.
