Job summary

UP Education Network is seeking a School Partnership Site Lead to oversee up to five partner schools, combining instructional leadership, project management, and relationship-building. This hybrid role requires collaboration with school leaders, districts, and UP coaches to drive durable improvement across sites.

You will deliver targeted coaching, coordinate coaches, and participate in data and planning meetings to advance each school's improvement plan and expand UP’s work in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a school principal with proven outcomes
• Deep knowledge of instructional coaching and development cycles
• Experience collaborating with administrators and teachers
• Strong project management across multi-site work plans
• Excellent relationship-building with principals, district leaders, and partners
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Clear and compelling communication in meetings and writing

• Current authorization to work in the United States by day one

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional development and coaching to school leaders and instructional leadership teams across up to five partner schools, aligned to each school’s priority areas and improvement plan
• Lead or participate in leadership and data meetings at each school in alignment with its improvement plan and in response to data
• Lead and coordinate the work of UP partnership coaches across sites to ensure alignment toward shared goals
• Ensure high levels of client and partner satisfaction by building strong working relationships with school and district stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to deepen or expand UP’s work with partner districts where needs and interests align
• Ideal candidates also have a strong network within K-12 schools in Massachusetts and can assist the CEO in business development and cultivation of future contracts
