Inspire Early Education in Schaumburg, IL seeks a District Manager to oversee 9 schools. You will lead, mentor, and develop School Directors, drive enrollment growth, and ensure top-quality educational experiences across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership in Early Childhood Education, including multi-site roles.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Center Directors to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, labor, enrollment, revenue, and metrics across locations.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Meet licensing, background check, health clearance, and certifications requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams by coaching Center Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive Operational Excellence across 9 schools with licensing compliance.
• Grow Enrollment & Family Satisfaction through strategic initiatives.
• Manage Business Performance including revenue, occupancy, and expenses.
• Ensure Educational Quality with strong curriculum delivery and educator development.
• Recruit, Retain & Collaborate with Recruitment/HR/Enrollment/Facilities.
• Oversee Facilities maintenance and safety across sites.
