Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a skilled robotics software engineer to advance multi-robot task allocation, fleet coordination, and cooperative manipulation across NEURA's fleet. You will design and prototype algorithms, integrate with Open-RMF and third-party fleet managers, and contribute to the Cognitive Twin simulation.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, protocol fluency (VDA 5050), and hands-on development in Python and C++.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-robot systems and fleet coordination.
• Proficiency in MRTA terminology and algorithms.
• Familiarity with ROS 2-based tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-robot task allocation and scheduling solutions.
• Implement and test VDA 5050 protocol integrations.
• Collaborate with Motion Planning and Digital Twin teams.
• Prototype using Python and C++ for algorithm prototyping.
• Evaluate planner behavior in pre-deployment simulations.
