Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking an accountant to support multiple hotel portfolios. This full-time role is based at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. The position involves AP processing, vendor reconciliations, weekly check batches, ACH postings, and tax return preparation for centralized properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple hotel portfolios is a plus.
• Knowledge of AP, journal entries, and basic accounting tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invoice entry and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Process weekly check batches for all properties in portfolio.
• Post ACH payments into the accounting system for centralized properties.
• Compile weekly cash snapshots for management review.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and lodging tax returns.
• Balance daily income journal and handle routine accounting tasks.
