Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pastry, bread, and amenity production across multiple properties, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with property pastry teams to improve workflows, production schedules, and equipment usage for efficiency.
• Provide on-site support during events, service periods, banquets, and high-volume production.
• Ensure sanitation, HACCP, and food safety standards at all properties.
