Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related technical field.
• Proficient in the use of common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Physically capable of handling demanding workloads, including lifting, climbing, and manual labor.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations within assigned properties, ensuring all tasks meet company standards.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform a variety of repairs, including general building maintenance, electrical, painting, plumbing, and HVAC work.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Foster positive working relationships with staff, vendors, and contractors.
