Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy across multiple properties. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and coordinate leasing activities while ensuring a seamless application process.

The role requires at least 2 years of leasing or sales experience, strong marketing and customer service skills, and familiarity with property management software. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing, property management, or sales experience.
• Strong marketing, sales, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned properties to support leasing needs and maintain occupancy.
• Engage with potential residents via outreach, networking, and community events.
• Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to attract prospects and boost visibility.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to convert leads.
• Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with property teams to execute leasing promotions and resident events.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and local demand to inform pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with local businesses, realtors, and referral sources to drive traffic.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and leasing procedures.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow-up documentation.
• Provide coverage for leasing staff as needed.
