Job summary

VSF Rentals is hiring for a full-time leasing sales role across our Piqua, Troy, and Sidney area properties. You’ll manage showings, applications, leasing, and move-ins, driving the lead-to-lease funnel with a customer-service focus and a closing mindset.

You’ll use our property management software, spreadsheets, and Google Drive to stay organized and connected with the leasing team. Commission is earned on new resident leases and renewals, with growth opportunities.

• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM/property management software.
• You must be a closer.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead-to-lease process across our portfolio properties in the Piqua/Troy/Sidney corridor.
• Manage the full cycle — showings, applications, leasing, move-ins — using our property management and leasing software, with support from the full leasing team.
• Earn commission on every new resident lease and every renewal executed.
• Provide top-tier service to future and current residents.
• Collaborate with the team to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and coach leasing staff across multiple sites as our portfolio grows.
