This role involves strong customer service and communication with residents and staff. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and prior sales or leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Show apartment homes to prospective residents and conduct tours.
• Answer phone calls and emails from inquiries.
• Keep abreast of neighborhood specials, pricing, and coordinate with stakeholders on adjustments.
• Schedule appointments to discuss renewals and leasing options.
• Assist with lease applications and move‑in paperwork.
• Maintain grounds and coordinate with maintenance for resident needs.
• Support local marketing efforts and assist with events.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as needed.
• Ensure paperwork and files meet standards and budgets.
