Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead multi-property sales for assigned hotels in the eastern Mississippi area. You will drive revenue, manage accounts, and coordinate with hotel leadership and revenue teams to optimize performance.

The role requires building relationships, prospecting new business, and delivering compelling proposals while navigating brand standards and profitability goals. Frequent travel and on-site presence are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of hotel sales experience or related hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-property, branded-hotel, group or business transient sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and hotel sales systems, Microsoft 365 and virtual communication tools.

• Own the assigned production goals, sales activity targets and account plans for assigned hotels.
• Develop and execute distinct sales strategies for each hotel while cross-selling across portfolio.
• Prospect and close new business through outbound calls, site visits and industry events.
