Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function across multiple properties. You will oversee high-volume invoicing, payments, and controls, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives in a hospitality and vacation ownership environment.

You will manage the AP team, collaborate with operations, procurement, and corporate accounting, and ensure timely, accurate processing and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• 5+ years of management experience leading an accounts payable team.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or Medius is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the accounts payable team.
• Lead end-to-end AP processes including invoicing, approvals, and payments.
• Improve AP processes and drive automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations and finance.
