Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support objectives.
• Conduct detailed vendor proposal reviews.
• Follow standards for project reporting and recordkeeping.
• Lead project start-up activities.
• Perform on-site progress reviews for schedule compliance.
• Schedule and document weekly project meetings.
• Inspect work to verify contract terms and quality.
• Conduct punch-list inspections and site visits.
• Review monthly pay applications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate project issues, cost, and schedule impacts to leadership and clients.
• Ensure close-out documentation is complete before final release of retainage.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
