Job summary

Arc Services, Inc in the United States is seeking versatile multi-process pipe welders to perform high-quality welds using GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick). You will also work with GMAW (MIG) and FCAW when needed, in flat, vertical, and overhead positions, ensuring safety and quality on outage and construction projects.

This role requires the ability to read drawings and weld symbols, prepare materials, and select appropriate processes.

Qualifications

Proven welding experience with strong attention to quality and detail.
Ability to read drawings, isometrics, and weld procedures.
Capable of passing client weld tests (6G positions).

Responsibilities

Perform pipe and structural welds using SMAW and GTAW, with GMAW/FCAW as required.
Weld small-bore stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys per specs.
Interpret drawings, isometrics, and weld symbols; verify dimensions.
Set up, tack, and weld components to specification; prepare material.
Weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions to quality standards.
Access is limited; mirror welding capabilities may be needed.
Inspect and clean welds; maintain tools and equipment.
Travel as required for outage, construction, and maintenance projects.
