You will craft data-driven solutions spanning broadcast, digital, and CRM-enabled channels to grow client portfolios.

The role reports to the Local Sales Manager and requires a consultative, results-driven approach with strong communication and negotiation skills to excel in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in media, digital, or related field.
• Proven success in new business development.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage client relationships and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling integrated TV, digital, and multi-platform advertising solutions.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage and grow an active book of business through ongoing client engagement.
• Develop data-informed marketing solutions using audience insights and AI-enabled tools.
• Create and deliver sales presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and maximize revenue across accounts.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client success.
