Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Supply Chain Training Manager to build and sustain supply chain capability across its manufacturing network, owning training for manager-level roles and below at every plant. This role partners with Plant Managers to ensure consistency, capability, and operational excellence across service, inventory, materials management, scheduling, order management and inventory control.

Frequent travel to plants is required; the position drives compliance to standard work through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in SCM or related field.
• 5+ years progressive supply chain experience across multiple functions.
• Experience delivering training, capability building, or audits in multi-site manufacturing.
• Food or perishable manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Blue Yonder, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tiered Audits on plant compliance to standard work and partner with plants on action plans to solve gaps across all plant-specific supply chain functions.
• Own training of supply chain manager-level and below roles at every plant, in collaboration with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain Platform Director.
• Serve as a change agent for plant supply chain enterprise initiatives (best practices, technology enablement).
• Serve as a key member of the supply chain change agent network.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for emerging local supply chain issues with frequent travel to plants.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs tied to training completion, audit scores, and standard work adherence.
• Lead root cause analysis on recurring compliance gaps and drive corrective actions with plant teams.
• Champion continuous improvement of standard work training content, tools, and documentation.
