The Supply Chain Training Manager is responsible for building and sustaining supply chain capability across the Maker's Pride manufacturing network by owning training for supply chain manager-level roles and below at every plant. This role drives compliance to standard work through Tiered Audits, partners with plant teams on action plans to close gaps, and serves as a change agent for enterprise supply chain initiatives. Acting as a subject matter expert for emerging local supply chain issues, this position works in close collaboration with Plant Managers and Supply Chain Platform Directors to ensure consistency, capability, and operational excellence across all plant-specific supply chain functions-service, inventory, materials management, finite scheduling, order management, and inventory control. Frequent travel to plants is required.
The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $97,210-$145,814/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.
