Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple plants and mixer drivers.
• Ensure products meet quality and service expectations.
• Maintain adequate inventories to meet demand.
• Enforce safe workplace practices and OSHA compliance.
• Schedule material deliveries and monitor timeliness.
• Lead safety meetings and document reports as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Ops Manager.
