Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee the safe production and delivery of ready-mix concrete and related customer service in the assigned territory. The role combines plant operations leadership with proactive sales and market development, ensuring quality and reliable service to customers.

You will lead a team, coordinate with dispatch and QA, and establish strong client relationships while identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Concrete/industry knowledge preferred.
• Must maintain safe driving records and be able to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple plants, drivers, and sales.
• Perform daily safety and equipment inspections.
• Ensure equipment and processes meet quality specifications.
• Manage relationships with customers in the territory and present quotes.
• Develop new markets and target accounts; cold call as needed.
• Lead plant personnel and coordinate with dispatch for driver scheduling.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
