Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a maintenance-focused operator to support the batch plant in Stillwater, OK. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and general housekeeping, while assisting drivers with products and ensuring safe plant operations.

The role requires operating heavy equipment, taking part in startup/shutdown procedures, and performing inspections. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is essential for reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader, bobcat and backhoe as needed.
• Assist with batch plant startup and shutdown at day start and end.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep batch plant running smoothly.
• Complete and document plant inspections and weekly bag house checks.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and assist drivers with supplies.
