Job summary

INDEVCO North America, Inc. seeks an experienced Multi-Plant Controller to provide financial leadership across Mississippi and Tennessee operations. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive performance, cost discipline, and strategic alignment for two facilities.

You will partner with plant leadership to ensure consistent financial practices, budgeting, reporting, and controls, while optimizing working capital and production economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CMA certification desired.
• Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in manufacturing (multi-site preferred).
• Strong cost accounting and plant operation knowledge.
• Advanced financial modeling and ERP proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with operations leadership.
• Willingness to travel between Mississippi and Tennessee facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance leader for Tennessee and Mississippi plants.
• Drive financial performance, cost discipline, and accountability.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports for both sites to CFO and leadership.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliations across facilities.
• Analyze production metrics, yields, and labor efficiency for cost control.
• Provide financial insights to guide plant-level and business-unit decisions.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
