Job summary

Ventek Solutions (Ventek) seeks a Plant Controller to lead financial operations at our Tennessee facilities, driving GAAP-compliant reporting, cost control, and actionable business insights for plant leadership and sales.

Based onsite in Mt. Pleasant or Tullahoma, you will bridge shop-floor activity with corporate finance, manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, and partner with operations to sustain profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• CPA or CMA designation is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close with GAAP compliance.
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure policy adherence.
• Budgeting & forecasting: annual plant budget and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze costs, variances, and margins by product, customer, and order profile.
