Job summary

Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a QSR Manager to lead five Marketplace concepts plus the Sweet Shop, Coffee Shop, and Grab & Go coffee shop. You will build a cross-trained team, maintain speed of service, and uphold food safety standards across all locations.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and daily pre-shift meetings, while coordinating with kitchen and beverage leadership. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume quick-service, food hall, coffee shop, or multi-concept retail food environment.
• ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Certifications required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-outlet operations across five Marketplace concepts, Sweet Shop, Coffee Shop, and Grab & Go hotel cafe.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members across locations.
• Manage labor scheduling in a 24/7 operation and ensure overnight coverage.
• Coordinate with Production Kitchen on inventory and par levels for Grab & Go retail.
• Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and nightly close-out audits; ensure food safety and guest experience.
