Job summary

Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily culinary operations across our casino outlets in Kings Mountain, NC. This hands-on role partners with the Kitchen Manager to ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will supervise and mentor cooks, assist with scheduling and labor, monitor costs and yields, and help develop menus and seasonal features in collaboration with the executive team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, 24/7 operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across one or multiple casino food outlets.
• Lead service during peak periods, special events, promotions, and high-volume casino traffic.
• Train, coach, and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen leads.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage to meet operational demands.
• Monitor food costs, yields, and portion control to meet budget targets.
