Catawba Two Kings Casino in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a General Manager for the Café to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume, brunch-focused concept. You will drive guest experience, oversee FOH staff, scheduling, and service standards across day, and potentially overnight shifts.

Collaborate with Executive Chefs and property leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining compliance and a strong guest culture in a casino resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-service restaurant management in high-volume casual or brunch concepts.
• Experience with multi-shift operations, including overnight or 24-hour environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Must hold ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol prior to starting.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; 21+ years old.

• Lead all FOH operations across daily hours (minimum 6am–3pm; potential 24/7).
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop Café FOH staff.
• Manage labor scheduling across shifts balancing brunch volume and dining demand.
• Oversee table turn, guest wait management, and reservation or waitlist coordination.
• Maintain casual-dining service standards with focus on speed, accuracy, and guest experience.
• Oversee Agilysys InfoGenesis POS operations and nightly close-outs.
