Murrieta Hot Springs Resort seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead beverage development and service across Talia Kitchen, Guenther’s Lounge, and Brew 1902. The role bridges strategy and on‑the‑floor leadership to elevate guest experiences.

You will manage inventory, purchasing, and costs while coaching bartenders and FOH teams. The position requires strong cocktail knowledge, wine exposure, and flexibility for peak shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge required.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Inventory and purchasing experience.
• Menu costing experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Social media content creation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of seasonal cocktail menus and signature wellness beverages.
• Oversee beverage programs across outlets (Talia Kitchen, Guenther’s Lounge, Brew 1902).
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships; monitor costs and reduce waste.
• Support marketing with campaigns, photos, and videos; promote seasonal menus and events.
• Coach bartenders and FOH teams; cover shifts during peak times; assist with training and rollouts.
• Ensure consistency and quality across beverage programs and events.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
