The role bridges strategy with hands-on operation, requiring leadership during peak periods and collaboration with marketing for menu launches and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Inventory and purchasing experience.
• Menu costing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of seasonal cocktail menus and wellness-inspired beverages.
• Oversee beverage programs across outlets (Talia Kitchen, Guenther’s Lounge, Brew 1902).
• Maintain beverage costs and recipe standards; conduct costing.
• Coach bartenders and FOH teams; support service during peak times.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate marketing content and campaigns with Marketing; promote seasonal menus and events.
• Assist with training and menu rollouts; ensure consistent beverage program execution.
