Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP seeks an associate with at least four years of substantive finance experience, including work with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions. Experience in private credit sponsor acquisition financings, structured finance, CLOs and fund finance is a plus.

Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions is preferred.

Winston Taylor is looking for an associate with at least four years of substantive finance experience. It is desirable that this candidate has experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, in particular in relation to private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs and fund finance is also a plus. Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a particular focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions is preferred. We will consider candidates for the New York, Chicago, and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
